Rayven offers complete coating and shipping solutions to their customers. Rayven can ship finished rolls boxed, with or without endplates, barcoded and labeled, and custom shrink-wrapped.

Coater Roll Packaging

Rolls shipped directly off the coating line and wide slit rolls are generally wrapped with protective stretch wrap and are suspended from the core with endplates. The rolls are then strapped, and stretch wrapped to the pallet. Rolls as large as 60″ can be shipped vertically without pallets in full truckload quantities. Special or non-standard packaging is not a problem – Rayven will gladly try to accommodate customers’ packaging needs and unique requirements.

Slit Roll Packaging

Slit rolls are packaged in various ways depending on the roll size and weight. Rayven strives to accommodate customers’ requirements.

Slit roll packaging capabilities include:

• Large format sheet packaging in corrugated flats
• Packing and sealing of corrugated cartons
• Label printing and bar-coding labels
• Bulk packaging in boxes or shrink film
• Box packaging with set-up boxes or folding boxes
• Shrink wrapping and custom shrink wrapping
